Where We Ship
Editions ship within Europe and to the United States.
Dispatch
Every edition is packed by hand before it leaves us, so orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery Rates
We ship worldwide via DHL. Some countries collect additional taxes and import duties when the piece lands. We are not responsible for additional taxes, tariffs, or duties charged by your country.
How Your Edition Travels
The edition ships in its own handmade packaging, then boxed again for transit. If a parcel reaches you looking damaged, photograph it before you unpack any further and email us the same day.
Returns & Refunds
We don't offer exchanges or returns. Due to the custom nature of the work, all purchases are final sale. If something's not right, email hello@tactus.studio and we'll figure it out.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect
Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, email hello@tactus.studio within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.
